Back in 2013, the year which i'm super excited to go to The Halloween fiesta in campus. It was my first semester, and I would love to see how is the Halloween party looks like. I decided to make my costume from scratch. Yes, totally from scratch, using plastic bags.
So here goes,
Image 1) yellow, green, blue plastic bags/ dark green & pink& cream color crepe papers/ a homedeco paint brush/ liquid glu/ a golden cotton paper i got it from stationary shop. All materials i bought from Tesco & Giant and stationary shop.
Image 2) Cut plastic bags to strip.
Image 3) How i organize the strips together from scattered around.
Image 4) One by one, I tie them like making tutu skirts.
Image 5) black small ribbon as a string.
Image 6) Make as much as I can until the tutu skirt looks fluffy.
Image 7) Preparing to spray paint my tutu skirt some pink color.
Image 8) My mannequin ;P ; Tutu skirt completed.

Image 9) I wish to have a pair of beautiful fairy wings, so I buy a cardboard paper and draw my desire pair of wings.

Its too huge, hay a tail?
Image 12) It's huge and heavy, it can't wings up, it wings down. So I failed, Leg's says more to a bug wings haha.

At 12:30pm in the afternoon, i curl my hair with strip of white clothes and leave it until the Halloween night. Two of my friends are kind enough to join me for the Halloween event after telling them how fun it will be. I went to meet them at around 4:00pm at their hostel and help them a little make-up.

After meeting them, I straight went back home and change to my costume. As me and Leg are getting ready to go out. We found out we lost our tickets. I feel so bad, I really want to go to the Halloween. My friend Kathy keeps on calling me. I've told them i lost the tickets, I try to ask if there is still any ticket selling but they says its looked like its already done. Kathy, Heshna suggested that we can just come in without tickets but when looking at the time, Leg isn't interested anymore. So, i pocketed my upset feeling and accept it as it is. Even though, i feel so bad putting my friends down that night. If only they can see how me and Leg are all dressed up. I hope they understand. I'm truly sorry.
