FIRST TIMER ROASTING A TURKEY DRUMSTICK

Good morning, making some roasted  turkey drumstick for lunch.


 Marinated it for two nights.





Ready for ROASTING.
Begin :: 11:25am.


12:45pm 

12:58pm

Disecting making sure if the inner part is cooked.

I taste a little and it really feels like turkey. 
When we cut it it feels so hard to cut. 




Me: are u sure this is turkey? 
Leg: yeah it says turkey on the packaging.
Me: why is it red meat, I thought it will be white like chicken?
Leg: Maybe it's ostrich.
Me: (terrified)

Then I go and check out the photo I took of the turkey and closely zoom in  the tag. And it says Halal turkey drumstick. 

Pheww safe.
Teeheee.



Slicing it to pieces and I add some orange juice to remove the turkey taste. And put back to roast.

Now it's well cooked. Ive coated them with some honey on top :)
